• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used beauty and skincare products
• Hair extensions, wigs, or hair products that have been worn, altered, or opened
• Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

How to Return an Item

Refunds
